Please Report Spiritual Counseling Network

Tim Curtis and Brandon Greeson have been running around like chickens with their heads cut off while they clean up and reword their website so it does not show that they were practicing psychology without a license and accepting money for counseling which is in violation of North Carolina law.  Greeson and Curtis also are so paranoid about being fingered for being the frauds that they are, that they reported the images of themselves to the image host and had them removed for terms of service violations.  Well, turn abouts are fair play - isn't that what they say?

Greeson and Curtis are criminals.  Please report them to the North Carolina Attorney General's Office for fraud.  The manager at the Granite City Walmart is not happy about the fact that these clowns are pretending that there is a "Walmart Outreach Fund" and intimating that the monies came from Walmart.  Walmart does NOT stand behind these criminals and does not support their website.  The information for North Carolina Attorney General's Office for General Consumer Complaints: please submit electronically or print the "Consumer Complaint" form in PDF and mail it in.  You can also call  to request a Consumer Complaint form, or mail  the required information in the form of a letter. You can call toll free within North Carolina at 1-877-5-NO-SCAM, at (919) 716-6000 from outside of North Carolina, or at (919) 716-0058 for Spanish speakers.

These men do not care about Zahra or finding her.  They have an agenda.  They care about making money while standing on the back of her dead body.  Are they out searching for her?  I doubt it.  IMO, they are frauds.  To show how easy it is to be a minister, I have linked the Universal Church of Life where the Three Little Pigs got their certificates from.  Universal Church of Life Ministries CLICK HERE

After you are ordained you might want to purchase your Doctor of Divinity certificate for $32.99.  Why go to college and spend thousands on higher education?  The town of Hickory was duped.  There are also photos of these idiots in the jail feeding prisoners.  Did the entire town believe their credentials?  They were taken by three idiots with a total IQ in the single digit.

I am in my last year of law school and am working with a friend who works with the district attorney's office to help build a case against these clowns. Anyone with any information about these guys at all, can contact me at samanthanhky@gmail.com.

  • Thank you for posting your email link here. These clowns are disgusting. It is MY OPINION that they are using the death of this child as a marketing platform. I find them to be repulsive and DISGUSTING.

  • I see that they are claiming to be non-profit. Can anyone provide non-profit status documents from IRS? Do they have a state business license? I see their site is locked down for "redesign". I would assume that it is to remove certain wording, and links.

They are not a 501(3)(c). They have filed documents with North Carolina, but any donation made to them will NOT be tax deductible. I am going to guess that their site is down because they are doing a clean up.

The NC Secretary of State has them listed as a non-profit corporation. You can verify this by searching CORPORATIONS DIVISION at www.sosnc.com. They have also applied (and been granted) an exception to the NC Charitable Solicitation Licensing Board by the NCSOS CSL. You can go to www.sosnc.com and click on CHARITABLE SOLICITATION to search for this material. Apparently, they are recognized as a "church" by the CSL.

As far as being 501(c)3, if they are a church they do not have to apply for 501(c)3 status to be considered tax-exempt. See this IRS publication for info: http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p1828.pdf (see page 5, "Recognition of tax exempt status; Automatic exemption for churches")

Not saying I agree with what they are doing, and I wish there was something to hang them up on - but they are legally organized and recognized as tax-exempt under IRS code.
