And Sander, I honestly believe they can sue, because the accusations that they have "de-frauded" anyone has not been proven. It is a statement that 1) is untrue (at this point), 2) could be damaging to both their organization and them individually and 3) therefore meets the legal criteria to be considered libel/slander. This group of Gods creatures said in writing as well as verbally the fund would be 100% transparent.
